Greek yoghurt Devilled eggs

RECIPE

INGREDIENTS:

  • Hard-boiled eggs (8, peeled)

  • Greek yogurt (1/2 cup )

  • Yellow mustard (2 teaspoon)

  • Coconut aminos (1 teaspoon)

  • Garlic powder (1/4 teaspoon)

  • Sea salt

  • Pepper

  • Smokey paprika (optional)

  • Fresh parsley (chopped, optional)

 

METHOD:

Step 1:

Half the hard-boiled eggs. Transfer the yolks to a blender.

Step 2:

Add the mustard, yogurt, garlic powder, coconut aminos, pepper, and salt to the blender. Blend until smooth.

Step 3:

Spoon the yolk filling into the egg whites. Sprinkle parsley and smokey paprika on top, and serve.
