Greek yoghurt Devilled eggs

INGREDIENTS:

Hard-boiled eggs (8, peeled)

Greek yogurt (1/2 cup )
-
Yellow mustard (2 teaspoon)
-
Coconut aminos (1 teaspoon)
-
Garlic powder (1/4 teaspoon)
-
Sea salt
-
Pepper
-
Smokey paprika (optional)
-
Fresh parsley (chopped, optional)
METHOD:
Step 1:
Half the hard-boiled eggs. Transfer the yolks to a blender.
Step 2:
Add the mustard, yogurt, garlic powder, coconut aminos, pepper, and salt to the blender. Blend until smooth.
Step 3:
Spoon the yolk filling into the egg whites. Sprinkle parsley and smokey paprika on top, and serve.
