almond poppy crackers

INGREDIENTS:

Almond flour (1 1/2 cups)

Poppy seeds (1 tablespoon)

Olive oil (1 tablespoon)

Fine grain salt (1 teaspoon)

Egg white (1, large)
METHOD:
Step 1:
Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
Step 2:
Mix the almond flour, olive oil, egg white, poppy seeds, and salt in a big bowl. Roll out the dough between two parchment papers into a thin rectangle. Transfer it to the prepared baking tray. Then, trace a score line, using a paring knife.
Step 3:
Bake for 12-14 minutes, until golden brown, watching closely at the end to not burn the crackers. Allow to cool completely.
Step 4:
Once cool, snap the crackers by the score line.
